School Meals

Olive Dining Catering supply our school with a healthy and varied menu where meals are cooked fresh on site each day. With a selection of meat, vegetarian and salad options every day there is a great choice along with good value for money. Whilst we have the standard menu options, we can cater for any dietary need on request.

Our school meals are a great part of the day supporting children's health and focus as well as developing their social skills. Olive Dining also support cultural diversity and so help us celebrate with themed menu days such as Chinese New Year, Diwali, Christmas and much more!

EYFS, Year 1 and Year 2

Free School Meals, also known as Universal Infant Free School Meals (UIFSM) are available to all children in EYFS, Year 1 and Year 2. There is no obligation for your child to have these meals, you may provide them with a packed lunch.

Cost of a School Meal

The price of a school meal is £2.40 per day and money should be paid in advance half-termly or termly via ParentPay, our secure online payment service.

Free School Meals

Families who receive certain benefits can apply for Free School Meals (FSM) for their child. Applications may be made online at www.bromley.gov.uk, or alternatively forms are available from the school office and Pupil Services at Bromley Civic Centre. Please see the attachment below for more information.

Food Allergies / Intolerances

If your child has a food allergy or intolerance, you will need to complete a Health Declaration Form which can be obtained from the School Office.

Packed Lunch

Children may bring a packed lunch, which should be in a suitable named container/lunch box. In the interest of safety we do not allow cans, glass bottles or 'glass type' vacuum flasks.

Please do not send your child in with nuts or products with a high nut content as we have children in school with severe allergies. We recommend only a healthy and sugar free lunch with no chocolate.

We encourage children to eat healthily.  They are encouraged to drink water and to bring a water bottle to school for drinks throughout the day. Please see the attached healthy lunchbox guidance.
