Clubs
At Leesons, we offer different extra-curricular clubs for different ages. From sport to creative arts, singing to board games, lots are covered. They are fun and engaging and will enthuse the children's curiosity.
'Extra-curricular activities boost young people's confidence to interact socially with others; extend their social networks; and provide them with new skills and abilities. Above all, they offer an important space to have fun and relax away from the pressures of school work.' - gov.uk
Tree Tops After School Club and Breakfast Club
Our wrap-around care clubs are run on sight at Leesons Primary School, with great provisions for food preparation, space and resources for activities.
Activities for clubs include movie night, computing, sports and arts & crafts.
External Clubs
All externally run clubs are administrated by the provider, this includes the handling of all fees and bookings as well as queries.
Staff-Run Clubs
Each term, the school will run clubs at lunchtimes and after school, run by school staff, the majority of which are FREE. Please keep an eye out for these on Class Dojo, letter and email, as the clubs run on a first-come-first-served basis.
Club Times
Clubs generally run after school between 3:30 - 4:15pm, usually for the half a term. Your child will go straight to the club from their classroom, so you do not need to collect them until the end of club. Please note that children who are not collected on time will be charged a late collection fee in line with the wraparound care After School Club Adhoc fee. Should you require later collection, you can book your child into Tree Tops After School Club in advance.
